This Privacy Policy explains how Offhand Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Dino Adventure: Math Battle (the “App”) and this website. The App is a math game designed for children, and we take children’s privacy seriously.
The short version
- We do not require an account, name, email, or sign-in to play.
- We do not collect personal information that identifies you or your child.
- We use anonymous, aggregated analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve it.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not show ads.
Information we collect
Anonymous usage analytics. We use analytics tools to collect aggregated, non-identifying information about how the App is used — for example, which screens are opened, which math levels are played, app version, device type, and general performance and crash data. This information is used in aggregate to fix problems and improve the App. It is not used to identify any individual and is not tied to a name, email address, or account.
Game progress. Your child’s game progress (such as unlocked dinosaurs and level completion) is stored locally on the device and is not transmitted to us as personal information.
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone or camera data.
Children’s privacy
The App is intended for children and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU/UK GDPR rules for children, the App does not require children to provide personal information, does not include third-party advertising, and does not include social features that share personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data is processed by our analytics service providers solely to provide analytics to us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.
Data retention
Aggregated analytics data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Game progress stored on the device remains until the App is deleted or the device’s data is cleared.
Your choices
Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal account to access or delete. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the App. You may also limit analytics through your device’s operating system privacy settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
